Arrival by plane
The closest airport is Graz Airport (30 minutes from City Center), which is however a very small airport offering flights only to Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Amsterdam, and Berlin.
The next bigger international Airport is Vienna, which is by Flixbus or Train 3 hours away from Graz. Public transportation can be booked in advanced, is reliable and they run very frequently.
Arrival by bus or train

Arrival by car
Graz has parking opportunities and most hotels offer parking, usually for an extra price. At the university there is no free parking, but meter parking on the street with a maximum of three hours stay during the week and Saturday until 1.00 pm. Saturday after 1.00 pm and Sunday are free to park in the entire city.
